We take alot if things 4 granted. We see something we don’t like & complain, some can’t see.
We say bad things to and about others; some can’t speak.
We spread lies/ rumors that are life changing.
People can lose alot because of lies; relationships, jobs, money, be imprisoned or worse yet, lose their lives; all because of lies.
Words are very powerful, use them wisely!
We complain about having to walk somewhere; some don’t have the luxury of having legs or the use of their legs.
We take things, hit, slap & punch others with our hands but some don’t have the use of theirs.
The bottomline is where there’s bad, there’s always worse.
We are quick to say ” fml” or my life sucks; think of the people who have had their lives snatched from them, they no long have options…
Life is too short to be living with regrets, make best choices possible. Mistakes happen but how you deal with it is what matters.
Make amends while you still can.
Don’t put off for tomorrow what can be done today!
Tomorrow may never come…
Appreciate what you’ve got, it could always be worse.
Don’t take your life or the people on it for granted, it could all be gone in the blink of an eye!
Make it right!!!

Anytime you find yourself in the company of someone who is consistently challenging your growth as well as your evolution into becoming a better person, they are toxic and you should rid yourself of them.
Just because you are aware of certain situations and or were raised around them doesn’t make you one of them. Speaking from a place of blatant disregard may be okay with some but I personally take offense to it.
Some may shuck & jive to your song but I for one am not impressed in the least.
Your disrespect of others is faster than most blink and people laugh, because they are too weak to check you on it.
I don’t give passes to anyone. It’s irrelevant where you are from or who you are friends with.
Going to & knowing people from the hood doesn’t qualify you as being hood.
You are nothing but an opportunist.
Your prey on what you perceive to be another’s weakness.
You take recklessness to unimaginable heights.
Your mouth will surely write a check that your ass can’t cash.
Watching your rubbery ass bounce will illicit smiles for miles.
Disrespect by any other name is disrespect.
You can post as many profound googled quotes as the web offers,
you are and always will be a sorry ass excuse for a human being.
Your lack of couth & the levels of disdain you exhibit are intolerable.
You are a bonafide Asshole.
Sorry Asshole, for aligning you with such poor company.
That being said, you will now be blocked.

GM thank u Father 4 this day! In life we often crave something we never had, be it love, affection, recognition, money, success etc.
Most have not given any thought to how they’d handle it if it were to be bestowed upon them.
Since life doesn’t come with a rule book, often we must step out on faith. Taking the steps necessary to attain our heart’s desire may be intimidating.
But you just have to go for it!
Of this I am very certain; in that the most foolproof path to failure is to not even try. Let’s avoid that pathway.
Faith works wonders! Have some today!

Make Time

GM All! Often we are unable to slow down long enough to enjoy life; the simple things that actually make it worth living.
We are so focused on everything but what really matters.
Money cannot buy happiness.
Sure it can provide us with the necessities & luxuries that one would associate with happiness.
At the end of the day when life gets to you can your money give you a reassuring hug and tell you that its going to be okay?
Can it comfort you when it seems as if nothing is going right, no matter how hard you try?
Can it tell you that you are amazing, appreciated, respected and loved beyond measure?
I’d say no. Now if your money can do all of that & then some, then you’re onto something truly special.
Make time for those that truly matter. It can be hard but think of what your life would be like without that special someone to love, respect,support, comfort & appreciate you, especially when you need it the most.
Don’t take for granted that they’ll continuously take a back seat to everything you have going on.
The same desires you have they have as well. No one wants to be viewed as a convenience, only to be “used” when necessary.
The same love and respect & appreciation you desire; they do as well.
Appreciate what you have while you still have it.
Make time for those that matter most!
Tomorrow is not promised; make a difference while you still have a chance.

Racing thoughts abound;
watch them as they swirl around,
can’t stop their endless flow;
uncertain as to where they’ll go…
You see I’m just simply bipolar,
While there’s no set formula,
I’m definitely far from regular
At times I’m very peculiar,
The bi in my diagnoses,
Isn’t what the masses see,
It just refers to the polarity,
Sudden mood changes especially,
But the bi only refers to two,
Multi would best describe the slew,
Most wouldn’t even have a clue,
Of the vast changes that I go thru
Teetering on the verge of insanity,
Precociously dangling on a bunjee ,
Harnesses not latched securely,
Imminent demise is a certainty.
Coursing thru life ignored & undetected,
Feeling so hurt & dejected
More often than not so neglected,
Longing to 1 day be respected…
So many words were left unspoken;
So many promises that were broken;
So many desires never awakened,
And my existence remains forsaken.
This disorder isn’t at all glamorous,
Or even remotely humorous,
Its effects are so numerous,
Left untreated its dangerous!
So if I should die tonight,
please know that I fought the fight,
Though noone even heard my plight,
I have tried to do what’s right….
Seek help before its too late,
This dx shouldn’t seal your fate,
Don’t think it will dissipate,
Trust me I can relate…

I’ve been in my little world, tending to some rather pressing issues that required all of my attention.
I’m well known there, actually I’m kind of a big deal there! My own version of Cheers! Lol

Thank You Heavenly Father for this day! I have been blessed to see yet another Birthday!!!
I thank you for everything you have done for me & will continue to do for me in this life.
I thank you for allowing me to live to see my 37th Birthday, in good health & spirits.
I thank you for all the lessons learned & the mercies that you have granted me Lord!
I thank you for how far you have brought me and will continue to walk with me along this journey of life. Please continue to strengthen my stride and be my voice of reason when I falter.
Thank you for the adversity I have faced for the have made me stronger & wiser!
You are my anything & everything!
Lord I ask that you continue to cover me in my journey, bless, guide & guard me always.
I thank you for the people you have put into my life. Some of positive stature; some not, but in every situation we find a lesson to be learned.
You’ve taught me that its okay to fall, its how I react to it that matters.
