The 100 Workout


This workout is a bit more challenging that the previous ones posted, especially if you’re a newbie or are out of shape.

As with any workout regimen, consult with a physician prior to beginning any rigorous workout, especially if you have pre existing conditions that may adversely affect your health.

Diet and exercise as well as healthy living will make for optimal results.

Be sure to stretch prior to starting your workout. Stay hydrated!
