As we usher in this New Year, we look forward to a better, healthier, more

Many create resolutions to do more, Be more & have more.
For some this may work; for other’s not so much.
Having a plan for the upcoming year is definitely advisable. Many believe that having a resolution is their way of doing so. That could definitely be true; but here’s where that could become problematic:
Wanting a better job, but failing to take the actions necessary to attain it
ie Revamping Your resumé;
Dressing for success
Applying for a Better position
Upgrading your Skill set etc
Wanting to be Healthier or Fit
Continuing to eat fast foods; soda; sweets, in excess.
Not working out.
Often we are defeating ourselves.
Motivation is very important. Be realistic in your approach. Be committed to your goals.
To be healthier you can start with something as simple as
Drinking ( More ) Water
Getting Adequate Rest
With these few small steps you will start to notice a difference in your energy levels.
Your thoughts will become clearer, you will be more focused, giving you the opportunity to add healthier activities into your lifestyle.
The journey of a Million miles, starts with that 1 first step.
